In this role, you will work primarily on testing the .NET back-end and React (TypeScript) front-end. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to validate scalable APIs, ensure quality of user-facing features, and help resolve technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, as you’ll also assist with implementation and support for our clients in India.Primary Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases for .NET Core (C#) APIs and React front-end applications - Execute manual and automated tests to ensure application stability and data integrity - Work with Azure services (SQL, App Insights, Logs) to investigate and diagnose technical issues - Support client implementation and onboarding for clients based in India - Analyze and resolve technical support tickets, collaborating with the engineering team when deep code fixes are required - Participate in planning, code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through rigorous testing - Communicate clearly with team members across disciplines and external clientsQualifications- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or Technical Support Engineering - Experience testing applications built with .NET Core / Core and React - Proficient in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger - Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation - Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)Nice to Have- Experience writing automated tests (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions - Exposure to Docker for local development - Experience working in a SaaS or healthcare environment - Experience testing messaging and communication services such as: - SendGrid (emails) - Azure Communication Services (email, SMS, chat, voice/video calls) - Twilio (SMS, voice, push notifications) - Experience working with Azure Health Data Services (FHIR R4) - Experience testing AI integrations or intelligent assistant features
