About MusclePro Nutrition: We are a House of Nutrition Brands present in the market since 2011 -Scitron,Labrada,NOW FOODS,JYM Supplements Science. All brands combined, our products cover every nook and corner of nutrition supplements. The products are whey protein, creatine, pre workout, omega 3, multivitamin and more.Our Culture: We’re a results focused company. If it’s a good one, great. Also, here are our values: Make mistakes, only new ones Own your work Try everything you possibly can to make an idea workResponsibilities – INCREASE ORGANIC BRAND SEARCH and BRAND RECALL: Content Production – Build a content engine that compounds, not random posts that disappear Content Across Channels & Formats – Think building short and long form content IPs internally and externally with creators or communities Creating an inventory of content for all our brands to be able to use at all times Social media grid management Devil is in the detail – thumbnail testing, etc to increase clicks Brand Ownership – Own the brand’s voice, POV, and personality like it’s your own child Narrative Building – Turn founder vision and messy insights into sharp, memorable stories Creative Leadership – Lead ideation, scripts, formats, and ideas across all content surfaces Taste & Quality – Set the creative bar high and politely kill bad ideas early Performance Thinking – Create content that looks good and moves numbers Hook Mastery – Obsess over hooks, angles, and scroll-stopping ideas Launch Command – Own content for launches, drops, and brand moments end to end Team Direction – Lead small teams, freelancers, and creators without micromanaging Founder POV – Shape and scale founder-led content and strong opinions Learning Loops – Use data, instinct, and common sense to iterate fast Startup Energy – Move fast, break formats, fix mistakes, repeat dailyQualifications and Skills: Work Exp: minimum 4 years of content production and writing Bachelor’s, but if you don’t have one, you gotta be worth it! Someone who can lead and take responsibility to spearhead the growth of a brand Someone who works out and takes care of their lifestyle is plus point Someone who has a sense of accountability and doesn’t blame the team Health or Wellness industry experience Has grown a brand or their own profile via original content Expertise in leading brand identity, strategy, management, and product marketing Analytical and data-driven, to identify opportunities, give recommendations, track progress, spot trends and derive insights from market + consumer data
