As a Senior Software Engineer – AI & VoIP, you will design and build high-performance systems powering voice communication, automation, and analytics at scale.This is a hands-on, core engineering role with high ownership and impact.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain VoIP-based contact centre systems (SIP, RTP, WebRTC). - Build scalable backend services for call routing, recording, analytics, and integrations. - Collaborate with AI teams to integrate speech-to-text, NLP, and AI automation. - Ensure low-latency, high-availability real-time communication systems. - Own system architecture, code quality, and production stability. - Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and on-call support.Must-Have Skills- Strong experience with VoIP technologies: SIP, RTP, WebRTC, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH. - Backend development experience using Python / Node.js / Java / Go. - Experience with distributed systems and microservices. - Strong understanding of networking, concurrency, and system performance. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.Good-to-Have- Prior experience with Contact Centre or Telephony platforms. - Exposure to AI/ML or speech systems. - Experience in startup or fast-scaling environme
