The role involves maintaining accurate books, handling hotel-specific accounting entries, supporting compliance, and coordinating closely with operations and the corporate finance team.Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily books of accounts (cash, bank, expenses, vendor payments) - Record sales, receipts, and expenses accurately - Handle purchase entries, vendor bills, and reconciliations - Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions - Support GST filings and basic statutory compliance - Reconcile bank statements, POS, and OTA settlements - Assist in monthly P&L preparation and reporting - Maintain proper documentation and vouchers - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and head office accounts team - Support year-end closing activitiesDesired Candidate Profile- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality accounts preferred - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles - Hands-on experience with accounting software - Organized, detail-focused, and reliable - Comfortable working in a live hotel operations environmentExperience1–3 years(Hotel / hospitality background preferred)Education- / / BBA (Finance) - Accounting or finance certification is a plus
