The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in luxury and premium automobile brands and will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and smooth workshop coordination.Eligibility Criteria:Experience:- 5–10 years of experience as a Service Advisor in Luxury / Premium automobile brands such as: - Audi / Volkswagen Group (including Skoda) - BMW - Mercedes-Benz - Porsche - Lexus - Experience with MG (Morris Garages) and BYD may be considered. - Candidates with experience only in mass-market brands (Tata, Maruti, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia, Mahindra) will not be considered.Educational Qualification:- Minimum 4-year Diploma or 4-year Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringCompensation:- Salary: Upto ₹60,000 - Additional: Performance-based incentivesKey Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop - Understand customer concerns, prepare job cards, and explain service procedures clearly - Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high customer satisfaction - Coordinate effectively with technicians and internal teams for smooth operations - Be available until the last vehicle delivery of the day when required - Follow all company-defined operational and reporting protocols strictlyReporting & Process Compliance- Maintain daily reports (soft copy and hard copy) - Check official emails three times daily (morning, post-lunch, and before leaving) - Maintain daily work plans and future agendas on company systems - Adhere strictly to company SOPs, especially during the first three monthsRequired Skills & AttributesCommunication & Customer Handling:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong convincing and customer-handling abilitiesProfessional Appearance & Conduct:- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality - Polite, courteous, and well-mannered with customers and colleagues - Must follow the prescribed company dress code at all timesWork Ethic:- Result-oriented, proactive, and responsible - Strong commitment to timelines and service quality - Willingness to take ownership and accountabilityTeam Culture:- Team player with a positive and respectful attitude - No involvement in office politics or groupism - Maintain a professional and harmonious work environmentWorking Days & Hours- Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
