TheInspection Expert – Overseasis responsible for conducting investigations, handling service-quality reports, and supporting risk control activities. The role ensures compliance, identifies operational violations, and strengthens the organization’s internal control system. Key Responsibilities • Conduct inspections and investigations as assigned by Management • Receive, assess, and filter reports submitted to the Inspection Mailbox; coordinate with relevant departments to address and clarify issues. • Receive, evaluate, and investigate customer service–related complaints submitted to the Service Quality Mailbox. • Propose and execute thematic inspection plans to identify violations in key operational areas and/or large-scale or severe system breaches. • Perform post-inspection reviews on a sampling basis for major, complex, or suspicious cases when the clarifications from related departments are insufficient or incomplete. • Prepare periodic reports and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisors or management. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Preferred majors: Human Resource Management, Law, Security/Police Studies, or related fields. • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, or related areas. • Experience in the transportation or mobility services industry is an advantage. • Strong adaptability and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments. • High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and resilience under pressure. • Positive mindset with strong customer service orientation. • Solid and broad knowledge of Risk Management and Internal Control practices. • Strong professional expertise in inspection, investigation, and verification activities. • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Logical thinking and attention to detail.
