Must Have Skills- 12–15+ years in seat planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or real estate planning within BPO, GCC, Captive, or Tech environments - Strong understanding of offshore delivery economics, seat utilization, and growth scalability - Proven experience operating in matrixed, globally governed organizations from India - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects involving seating changes, space constraints, and business growth. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) for data tracking and reporting. - Comfortable interpreting floor plans, seat maps, and occupancy reports. - Up to 10% travel globally, with potentially extended stays—varies as needed.Good to have Skills- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a track record of maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders across departments. - In-depth knowledge of the technical industry and call center operations. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and strategic planning. - Good to have proficiency in workforce management tools such as Blue Pumpkin, Aspect, and IEX. - Working knowledge of automatic call distributors (Avaya, Nortel, Rockwell) and data warehouse front-end tools (e.g., Business Objects)
