As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives.Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all quality control and quality assurance activities within the manufacturing process. - Develop and implement quality management systems and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC, etc.). - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. - Define quality metrics and regularly monitor, report, and improve KPIs. - Ensure adherence to customer-specific quality requirements and maintain customer satisfaction. - Train and guide quality team members and ensure proper execution of inspection procedures. - Liaise with production, R&D, and procurement teams to maintain and improve quality performance. - Manage audits (internal/external), certifications, and documentation requirements. - Review and approve engineering changes for impact on product quality. - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and improve incoming material quality.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Electronics & Telecommunication or Electronics. - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality management, preferably in capacitor or related electronic components manufacturing. - Strong understanding of industry quality standards, tools, and practices (e.g., FMEA, SPC, PPAP, 8D, etc.). - Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or IATF 16949 standards is highly desirable. - Proficient in quality data analysis, reporting tools, and documentation practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Candidates from Hyderabad or nearby regions and/or from the Capacitors industry will be given preference.Employment Type: Full-TimeReporting To: Sr.GM- QA and R&D
