Delivery Director/Head- Have managed large (100+ FTE) Application maintenance and support outsourcing teams with diverse technologies, including data support - Deep understanding in ITIL processes and familiarity in six sigma quality standards. - Proficient in various SLA/KPI models prevalent in the IT services - Ability to independently run overall account governance meetings with client. Drive creation of related reporting and governance decks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent people skills and the ability to manage large (100+) teams. - Overall atleast 15+ years of IT service/project experience, of which atleast 5 years in managing large AMS teams. - Understand and worked in various AMS contracting models such as T&M, FP, FM, FC…etc. - Had earlier written or managed varied types of SOW and can manage respective contracting conversations with client delivery leaders and their vendor management teams. - Had managed and successfully delivered a few small to medium size projects in fixed price or outcome based contracting model - BFS domain
