Job TitleSenior / Lead Service Engineer – Electronic & Electrical (Engine Test Cell)Job LocationCustomer Sites / Project Locations- Bangalore (South Region)Experience3–5 YearsQualificationBE / BTech – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / AutomationJob Description• Lead installation, commissioning, and servicing of engine test cell equipment• Handle advanced troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and control systems• Configure and support PLC, HMI, SCADA, DAQ, and test automation systems• Oversee integration of engines, dynamometers, fuel, cooling, and safety systems.• Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance activities• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers• Mentor junior service engineers and technicians• Coordinate with design, automation, and software teams• Prepare and review commissioning, service, and validation reports• Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety, and quality standardsKey Skills• Engine test cell systems & dynamometers• Strong Visual Basic & C# Knowledge• PLC / HMI / SCADA (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)• Electrical panels, wiring & schematics• Sensors & instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, speed, torque)• Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems• Strong troubleshooting & leadership skills• Customer handling & site coordinationPreferred Skills• Automotive OEM or engine R&D test lab experience• Knowledge of Engine testing equipment’s & emission testing systems• Project or team lead exposureJob TypeFull-TimeTravel RequirementYes – Frequent customer site travel
