Job Title: Technical Writer/ Technical Author• Key Responsibilities:- Author system descriptions, maintenance procedures and fault isolation procedures as per ATA iSpec 2200 / S1000D norms, and further align the content with ASD STE 100 standard. - Extract information from tools like GAMS, IMS-PA, MADAME, TAKSY, PASS-SSI, AIRINA, TDUMS, DMP, AIRNAVx. - Perform impact analysis on events like MPM, SB, COC, MPD, TR dossiers and other triggers for authoring. - Manage configuration for the updates done in DACAS Arbortext Editor. - Proactively steer the workorders through different phases of workflow and report the status of the assigned workload. - Take accountability for the technical updates done to the procedures and the descriptions. - Follow a defect free delivery approach at each step of production and fully reach the project objectives. - Have a continual improvement mindset and extend support for being reviewed and adapt to changes, to align with organization goals and customer requirements.• Required Skills & Qualifications:- Authoring and Proofreading of AMM, AFI and TSM Products. - Process Knowledge related to A320, A330 and A350 Aricrafts. - English Proficiency Level B2 and above - Impact analysis, Authoring and Proofreading. Having an active AIRBUS proofreader certificate is a plus. - S1000D, ATA iSpec2200, ASD STE 100, EN/AS 9100 - English Proficiency level C1• Nice to Have: Hands-on experience in GAMS, DACAS, TDUMS, DMP, AIRNAVx• Experience: 0–3 years in aerospace as Technical Author/ Cross checker.• Education: BE / BTech in Aerospace, Mechanical, AME or related engineering disciplines.• Employment Model: Hybrid• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
