Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and manage Search and Display campaigns across Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Manager - Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget management - Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, and overall sales contribution - Collaborate with the Category, Creative, and E-commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand objectives and promotional calendars - Conduct performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to identify optimization opportunities - Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting insights and recommendations - Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in marketplace advertising and digital performance marketing - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with platform advertising policiesQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) - 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing - Prior hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Platform is highly preferred - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign reporting tools
