We’re a fast-growing startup with a small team—so we value ownership, speed, and people who love building.Role summaryWe’re hiring a B2C Sales Executive who has experience in the interior design / architecture ecosystem and has worked closely with architects and interior designers to influence and close premium home projects. This is a multi-faceted role—ideal for someone who can own the sales journey end-to-end and thrive in a small team.Key responsibilitiesB2C Sales & ConversionManage the full sales cycle: qualify → meetings → demos → proposal → negotiation → closureConduct Experience Center demos for homeowners and their architects/IDsCoordinate site visits and basic requirement understanding with the technical teamMaintain structured follow-ups, pipeline hygiene, and clear next stepsArchitect/Interior Designer CollaborationBuild relationships with architects and interior designers to drive referrals and influence decisionsVisit design studios, maintain partner cadence, and create repeatable lead flowSupport designers with timelines, feasibility inputs, and proposal coordinationStartup-style ownershipTrack pipeline in CRM/tracker (stages, notes, expected closure, lead source)Support on-ground marketing efforts: Experience Center meetups, partner walkthroughs, collecting site photos/testimonials, WhatsApp/LinkedIn follow-upsEnsure smooth handover from sales to execution for an excellent customer experienceWhat we’re looking for2–8+ years in B2C sales within the interior design/architecture-related ecosystem (modular interiors, lighting, premium appliances, furniture fittings, building materials, home décor, home automation, etc.)Proven experience working with architects/interior designers as an influencing channelStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (premium clientele)Comfortable with field sales, site meetings, and frequent follow-upsOrganized, self-driven, and able to wear multiple hats in a small teamBonus pointsExposure to automation categories: lighting automation, curtains/blinds, HVAC integration, security/CCTV, access control, networking, AV/home theaterExperience selling to luxury homeowners / villas / high-end apartmentsCompensationBase salary + project-to-project commission structure (commission paid per project conversion/closure; details shared during discussions).How to applyDM / apply with:Current location (Mumbai)Years of B2C sales experience + industryExperience working with architects/IDsTypical deal size + recent closures
