This role demands a blend of strong creative vision, leadership capabilities, and hands-on design expertise.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design team in creating compelling graphics across digital, print, and video platforms. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards across all communication touchpoints. - Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, and event branding. - Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and tech teams to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions. - Provide art direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technology to ensure fresh and innovative output.Requirements:- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio and team management experience.- Proven experience in creating social media creatives, thumbnails, presentation designs, print layouts, OOH banners, and more.- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, InDesign, etc.- Experience with Sketch, InVision, and other design collaboration tools.- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.- Demonstrated ability to lead a design team, manage deadlines, and drive project efficiency.
