The work directly impacts the delivery of product features and the overall productivity of Agile teams within the organization.Job Responsibilities:- Own, prioritize, and manage the ServiceNow product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. - Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Developers to refine backlog items and ensure readiness for sprints. - Drive delivery of enhancements, new features, for CSM. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. - Act as the decision-maker for backlog priorities, ensuring trade-offs align with organizational strategy. - Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business value expectations. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance adoption, and maximize ROI from ServiceNowEducation & Work Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (Required) - 4+ years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer experience in an agile software product development environment (Required) - 2 years' experience in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools (Required) - Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences (Required) - Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools (Required) Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO).Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong communication skills (Required) - Customer-centric mindset with experience supporting operational teams (Required) - Analytical skills to troubleshoot workflow issues, optimize processes, and interpret service data (Required) - Technical writing and documentation experience (Required) - Understanding of ServiceNow CSM and ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals
