Position Name: Senior Manager / Manager - Projects DesignTotal Experience: 9 to 12 yearsJob Location: Devyani International Ltd, Sector 35, GurgaonJob Purpose:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented F&B/ Retail Architect to plan, design, and manage Restaurant spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand requirements. The candidate has a strong design sense, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:• Creating Preliminary Plans & Elevations & GFC’s ensuring Brand Compliance.• Manage Performance & guiding Team members on expected Drawing Deliverables.• Site Visits to do measurements and understand if available site is technically fit as per brand guidelines.• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations• Oversee site execution to ensure design intent is maintained• Manage Design within the defined timelines considering revisions, feedback and Capex.• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and industry innovations• Maintain database of all the ongoing & upcoming Projects as per defined Standards.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or related field• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max,)• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Skills (Optional):• Knowledge of project costing and vendor management• Basic understanding of MEP and construction drawingsWhat We Offer:• Creative and collaborative work environment• Opportunities for growth and skill development• Exposure to diverse design projects
