As a Senior Product Owner in Supply Chain, you will lead backlog strategy and delivery for one or more major supply chain domains. You will translate complex operational requirements into clear digital capabilities, prioritize across multiple teams, and ensure scalable, high-impact product delivery. This senior role requires advanced supply chain domain expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence engineering, business stakeholders, and global partners.Role Scope & Impact:The Senior Product Owner serves as the primary authority for backlog and requirements across multi-team or multi-domain supply chain capabilities. You will guide feature definition, oversee execution across multiple Agile teams, and act as the escalation point for requirement clarification, priority decisions, and cross-functional alignment.Your decisions directly influence strategic operational performance—including inventory accuracy, backorder reduction, order quality, fulfillment of SLAs, allocation logic, and supply chain reporting reliability. As a senior PO, you ensure that T-Mobile’s supply chain platforms evolve with the precision, scalability, and resilience required for enterprise growth and modernization.Key Responsibilities:Backlog Ownership & Prioritization- Own the backlog across multiple Agile teams or a major supply chain domain (inventory, logistics, planning, fulfillment, lifecycle). - Prioritize work based on enterprise-level impact, operational KPIs, and engineering constraints. - Ensure the backlog aligns with broader transformation and modernization goals.Requirements & Process Definition- Serve as a senior SME for supply chain workflows, documenting detailed business problems and system requirements. - Own user story creation, acceptance criteria, and review cycles across multiple teams. - Anticipate downstream impacts and ensure end-to-end process alignment.Cross-Functional Alignment- Lead requirement workshops and alignment sessions with planning, finance, logistics, retail operations, and IT. - Partner with Technical Product Managers and architects to ensure feasibility, technical alignment, and solution clarity. - Act as the senior escalation point for requirement conflicts or prioritization challenges.Execution Leadership- Oversee sprint execution across teams, ensuring stories are fully understood and blockers removed quickly. - Support development, testing, data validation, and rollout planning for new capabilities. - Guide operational readiness and cross-functional communication during feature releases.Data, Insights & KPIs- Own supply chain KPIs relevant to your domain; inventory levels, backorder volumes, allocation logic, fulfillment accuracy, etc. - Use analytics tools (Power BI, SQL) to assess performance and inform prioritization. - Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement opportunities.Qualifications:Required Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analyst, or related experience (up from 5+). - 3+ years leading backlog for cross-functional or multi-team Agile programs. - Strong domain expertise in supply chain processes and systems.Additional Experience:- Advanced experience gathering requirements, defining processes, and aligning technical and business teams. - Strong leadership in Agile delivery environments. - Experience gathering requirements from business and technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with agile product development practices and backlog management. - Understanding supply chain applications, inventory management, or order fulfillment workflows. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Strong Technical writing skills - Expertise with Oracle SCM, OIC/OCI, Fusion, EBS, WMS/OMS systems. - Experience with large-scale supply chain data structures and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). - Ability to mentor junior POs, analysts, and team members. - Agile Project Management experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. - Exposure to global operational or engineering teams. - Strong expertise in product ownership and transformation across operational systems. - Customer and operations-centric mindset with the ability to integrate feedback from logistics and reporting metrics. - Excellent collaboration and leadership skills across engineering, business, and operations. - Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a forward-looking modernization mindset. - Solid understanding of platform fundamentals such as security, performance, optimization, and data integrity. - Skilled with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Copilot, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.TMUS India Private Limited, operating as TMUS Global Solutions, has engaged ANSR, Inc.
