Looking for Immediate Joiners.Exp - 3 to 6 yrsLocation - Chennai / BangaloreWork from Office - All 5 daysWork Hours: EST time zone (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST)Job SummaryThe U.S. Immigration Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end U.S. employment-based immigration processes for the organization’s U.S. workforce. This role requires hands-on expertise across nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external immigration counsel to ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and related agencies. The position is based in India and supports U.S. immigration operations.Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete lifecycle of U.S. immigration cases, including petitions, extensions, transfers, amendments, and compliance-related matters. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in U.S. employment-based immigration, including H-1B, L-1, L-2, H-4, TN visas, and employment-based permanent residence processes. - Audit and maintain Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) and Public Access Files (PAFs) to ensure full compliance with Department of Labor regulations. - Review, assess, and support eligibility for H-1B, TN, and L-1 classifications under managerial and specialized knowledge categories. - Manage and support cases involving OPT/CPT candidates, including transitions to H-1B status. - Handle employment-based Green Card processes (PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) from initiation through completion, including I-140 and I-485 filings. - Prepare, review, and draft immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with USCIS, DOL, and other regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with in-house stakeholders, HR teams, business units, and external immigration counsel to facilitate timely and accurate case processing. - Track case statuses, maintain organized immigration records, and provide regular updates to employees and business stakeholders. - Support Requests for Evidence (RFEs), audits, site visits, and internal or external compliance reviews. - Stay current with U.S. immigration laws, regulations, policy updates, and industry best practices, and proactively apply changes to case handling. - Prepare and file work visa applications in-house using immigration case management systems.Required Skills- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail with a compliance-focused approach to case management. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries within 24 hours. - Ability to work U.S. shift hours as required to support business and employee needs.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in U.S. immigration, with a primary focus on the Americas region. - Prior experience in a corporate environment supporting U.S. immigration processes, including employee relocation and transfers. - Demonstrated experience in end-to-end immigration case management with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and immigration case management tools such as INSZoom, SharePoint, or similar platforms.-
