Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Capability Mapping- Conduct enterprise-wide TNA/TNI using validated tools (skill matrices, questionnaires, FGDs, supervisor inputs, performance data). - Build and maintain role-based competency frameworks for manufacturing, R&D, quality, MRO, and leadership roles.Learning Architecture & Program Design.- Deploy structured learning journeys using ADDIE methodology for technical, compliance, and leadership programs.Blended & Digital Learning Enablement.- Optimize blended learning models (classroom, shop-floor OJT, e-learning, microlearning). - Manage and continuously enhance LMS utilization, content quality, and learner analytics. - Introduce digital learning tools .Technical & Compliance Training Excellence.- Plan and execute mandatory compliance training aligned with ISO 9001, AQAP, AS9110C, and customer audit requirements. - Ensure training documentation, effectiveness evaluation, and audit readiness. - Partner with QA and regulatory teams to close audit observations through targeted capability building.Measurement of Training Effectiveness & ROI- Evaluate programs using Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4 etcROI methodology where applicable. - Use Excel-based dashboards (PivotTables, Index-Match, charts) to track efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact.Leadership & Talent Development.- Design and facilitate mid-level leadership, and senior leadership development programs (IDP/MDP/EDP/LDP) etc.Stakeholder Engagement & Vendor Management.- Partner with business heads, plant leaders, R&D, QA, and HR to co-own learning outcomes.Manage external trainers, institutions, and defense training partners ensuring quality and ROI.
