You will handle the end-to-end flow of goods, from managing complex import-export regulations to coordinating daily shipments and ensuring 100% documentation accuracy.Key Responsibilities1. Import & Export Management- Manage the end-to-end movement of finished goods and raw materials across international borders (specifically focusing on India, China, South Korea, UK, and North America). - Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHAs) and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance of shipments. - Stay updated on DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) norms, ICEGATE, and duty structures to ensure full compliance with Indian and international trade laws.2. Shipment Coordination & Tracking- Monitor shipments daily and provide real-time updates to internal teams regarding any delays or transit issues. - Negotiate freight rates with transporters and courier partners to optimize logistics costs without compromising delivery speed. - Manage "Final Sale" logistics and handle rare cases of damaged goods/returns in accordance with company policy. - Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods across locations.3.
