We believe in empowering our customers with science-backed skincare solutions, and we’re looking for a visual storyteller with a passion for creating captivating content to help us take our brand to the next level.Brand: OverviewAs a Logistics Executive at indē wild, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our "Ayurvedistry" products reach their global and domestic destinations without friction. You will handle the end-to-end flow of goods, from managing complex import-export regulations to coordinating daily shipments and ensuring 100% documentation accuracy.Key Responsibilities1. Import & Export Management- Manage the end-to-end movement of finished goods and raw materials across international borders (specifically focusing on India, China, South Korea, UK, and North America). - Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHAs) and freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance of shipments. - Stay updated on DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) norms, ICEGATE, and duty structures to ensure full compliance with Indian and international trade laws.2. Shipment Coordination & Tracking- Monitor shipments daily and provide real-time updates to internal teams regarding any delays or transit issues. - Negotiate freight rates with transporters and courier partners to optimize logistics costs without compromising delivery speed. - Manage "Final Sale" logistics and handle rare cases of damaged goods/returns in accordance with company policy. - Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods across locations.3. Document Review & Submission- Prepare and verify all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (BL/AWB), and Certificates of Origin. - Ensure accuracy in E-way bills, Lorry Receipts (LR), and GST-related documentation for domestic movement. - Manage banking-related documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Realization Certificates (BRC) where applicable. - Maintain a digital and physical archive of all shipment records for audit and compliance purposes.Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business. - Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, ideally within the Beauty, FMCG, or E-commerce sectors. - Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of INCOTERMS, HSN codes (specifically for cosmetics), and customs clearance processes. - Software: Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers/MIS) and experience with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar). - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with global partners and domestic vendors. - Traits: Extreme attention to detail (crucial for document review) and a problem-solving mindset for handling transit delays.What You Get- Join a fast growing D2C beauty brand where you will have a direct and measurable impact on our profitability and growth. - Competitive salary and performance based incentives. - A collaborative and dynamic work environment and generous product allowances.
