Job Description:We are looking for experienced professionals with strong exposure to MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) loans. Candidates must have hands-on experience in MSME lending, along with Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) experience.Roles & Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end processing of MSME loan proposals, including sourcing, appraisal, and disbursement. - Perform credit assessment for MSME customers by analyzing financial statements, bank statements, and cash flows. - Evaluate Home Loan and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) cases as part of the credit portfolio. - Conduct due diligence, field investigations, and verification of borrower credentials. - Ensure compliance with credit policies, RBI guidelines, and internal risk norms. - Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing. - Monitor post-disbursement activities and support portfolio quality and risk control. - Prepare and present credit notes, appraisal reports, and sanction memos.Mandatory Requirements:- MSME loan experience is mandatory. - Experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) is required. - Gold loan, Vehicle Finance, Agri & Non Agri loans - Strong knowledge of credit appraisal, documentation, and risk assessment. - Familiarity with banking/ NBFC lending processes. - Good communication and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field. - Experience in Banks / NBFC / Financial Institutions.
