**Preferred location : Bangalore but we are open to Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai as well**JOB SUMMARYThe purpose of this position is to support and drive the growth and operations of the Occupancy Management Practice in India. Working closely with the leadership team (focus on India while working alongside with the Regional Head of Occupancy Management and other Global Platform colleagues), the candidate will be responsible for growth & sustenance of the Occupancy Management Practice in India. This would entail aspects such as leading client outreach strategies, building variable project pipelines; delivering variable occupancy management projects and working with on-account teams to promote consistency and best-in-class delivery of occupancy planning and space data management programs to clients. The candidate will have a solid all-round Occupancy Management technical experience and ideally have performed in both account-based and variable consulting capacities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESVariable Consulting Project Delivery- Lead the delivery of Occupancy Management variable consulting engagements, ensuring client expectations are met, and agreed project scope is delivered on time and on budget from project award through to closeout. - Variable project types include but not limited to program management (e.g. data capture & remediation), data analysis and reporting, technology selection and deployment (e.g. CAFM, utilisation technologies), tactical planning (e.g. block & stack, space planning) and strategic planning (e.g. supply and demand analysis, portfolio reviews).Account Operations Platform Support- Client Connects – identify clients that we need to pay more attention to and ramp up engagement with, in order to manage scope delivery and relationships - Engage with dedicated account teams, including CBRE OM Leads and Alliance Directors, to ensure effective delivery of scope and identification of account expansion opportunities - Provide best practices to support the account teams in effectively delivering their scope of work. This includes but not limited to technology product information, technical oversight, advice and guidance on governance (e.g. processes, playbooks, KPIs, QBRs), support in strategic client relationship building & management - Support hiring for open positions on accounts (working with India HR team to screen the right fit candidates, conducting interviews and skills assessment)Business Development & Collaterals (business target driven)- Drive local variable business opportunities through active BD (inter/ intra team collaboration; market intelligence). Will be responsible for business development, conducting knowledge / industry trends sessions, proposal writing, pricing / fee estimation, invoicing and subsequent collections. - Support local and global RFP responses for both variable consulting and dedicated account opportunities as required. This includes editing proposals/RFP response language to suit, collating pricing information from local markets, and general coordination with bid/client solutions teams - Develop materials and collaterals to support the OM practice’s marketing, BD and industry-positioning efforts - Support the management and achievement of financial, operational, and other measures as defined in annual service line goals and objectivesRegional Practice Management- Support the deployment of Global platform initiatives to OM teams in-region, including but not limited to skills assessments, benchmarking exercises, account health checks, research papers (e.g. provide local context), town halls, training programs - Support talent management initiatives, including redeployment planning, external candidate identification/interviewing - Other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIESNo/limited formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Minimum eight years experience directly related to the delivery of strategic occupancy planning services; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with multiple CAFM/IWMS softwares required, as is experience in both on-account and variable consulting capacities. Prior AutoCAD drawing experience is preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLS- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
