Location: Juhu, MumbaiExperience: 1+ yearIndustry: Real Estate (Residential)About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to manage pre-sales coordination, client communication, guest handling, and event administration. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking while supporting the sales team with accurate data and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & CRM Operations- Handle inbound enquiries and route leads to the appropriate sales team members - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system - Track lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversionsGuest & Site Office Management- Welcome walk-in clients and coordinate with sales executives for meetings - Manage guest registration, site visit scheduling, and follow-up coordination - Ensure a professional and organised site office experience for clientsEvent & Administrative Support- Assist in planning and executing sales events, launches, and broker meets - Coordinate vendor requirements, guest lists, invitations, and post-event follow-ups - Support documentation, booking forms, and internal coordination with legal and finance teamsReporting & Coordination- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, site visits, and bookings - Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and channel partner teams - Ensure timely communication with clients regarding next stepsCandidate Profile- 1+ year of experience in CRM, pre-sales, or customer coordination in real estate - Familiarity with CRM tools and strong MS Excel skills - Good communication and client-handling skills - Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking - Willingness to work at site offices and during events
