Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear, testable requirements and drive delivery with confidence and accountability.Key Responsibilities- Lead discussions and analysis to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements. - Run Agile dev teams independently. - Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and wireframes. - Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT; ensure acceptance criteria are met. - Maintain strong stakeholder communication, influence decisions, and proactively remove blockers. - Track delivery metrics; escalate risks with mitigation options. - Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, data, and compliance to ensure traceability from business case → requirements → test cases → release. - Prepare BRDs/FRDs, release notes, and trainings, support change management.Must-Have Competencies (Non‑Negotiable)- Exceptional communication (verbal, written, presentation) with executive presence. - Confidence to drive projects end-to-end; operates with ownership and urgency. - Demonstrated career intent (e.g., initiatives, certifications, leadership activities). - Stakeholder management & negotiation; structured thinking; outcome orientation.Skills & Tools- MS Excel/PowerPoint. - Basics of SQL/data analysis; comfort with dashboards and KPIs. - Familiarity with wireframing.Qualifications- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Business (or equivalent).Success Measures (First 90 Days & Ongoing)- 100% clarity and sign‑off on scoped features; zero critical requirement gaps in UAT. - Stakeholder satisfaction ≥ 8/10; on-time delivery of sprint commitments. - Improve requirement quality (defect leakage
