Role : Fusion HCM ORC ConsultantExp : 5 to 12YrsLocation: Pan India (LTIMindtree Offices)- Fusion HCM Techno Functional with ORC (Recruit Cloud) - 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ORC and Talent application - Good techno functional knowledge of recruiting process in OLC - Expert in Oracle Fusion technology stack including Oracle Cloud HCM Approval workflows Oracle HCM BI Publisher OTBI reports HCM Data loader HCM security framework Fast Formula HCM Extracts - Develop and modify reports interfaces extensions and workflows to enhance functionality - Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems - Provide ongoing technical support to clients - Troubleshoot and resolve issues - Perform regular maintenance and updates - Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM applications - Prepare technical documentation user manuals and system guides - Collaborate with team lead functional consultants and other team members - Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and standards - Conduct testing to ensure that configurations and customizations meet business needs - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM applications and modules Familiarity with Oracle Fusions architecture standards and best practices - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Previous experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and customization is highly desirable
