Position: Sales Head – Water Treatment ChemicalsExperience: 15–30 yearsLocation: Preferably Chennai/Mumbai/Delhi; open to Pan-India candidatesKey Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage techno-commercial sales and marketing activities for Water Treatment chemicals. - Drive new product development, including market assessment, customer trials, and commercialization. - Plan, execute, and review sales performance and operational effectiveness in line with business objectives. - Manage the consultants, key clients, and strategic partners. - Oversee credit evaluation and inventory/stock planning. - Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination with production, R&D, supply chain, and finance teams. - Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and market expansion plans. - Represent the organization through frequent international travel, participation in global exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums.
