Our focus is driving innovation in high power density, efficiency, and low-noise/EMI performance.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Power Integrity Specialist with 4+ years of experience to lead simulations and compliance testing for next-generation power converters. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between theoretical converter design and practical lab-based EMI/EMC compliance.Key Responsibilities- Design & Simulation: Conduct Power Integrity (DC/AC) and EMI/EMC simulations for high-voltage DC-DC converters using tools like SiWave and Ansys AEDT. - PCB Layout Strategy: Implement "correct-by-construction" design principles for high-power density layouts using Altium or OrCAD. - Compliance Testing: Lead the testing and validation of power converters in the lab to ensure adherence to EMI/EMC and Power Integrity specifications. - Advanced Filtering: Design and test EMI filters to optimize performance and reduce noise. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Electronics best practices.Required Qualifications- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Master’s in Power Electronics and Control preferred). - Experience: 4+ years in Power Integrity and EMI/EMC simulation/testing. - Technical Proficiency: - Strong background in power electronic converter design principles. - Hands-on expertise in Ansys AEDT, SiWave, or equivalent simulation suites. - Fluency in PCB layout tools (Altium, OrCAD, etc.). - Experience with high-voltage, high-current PCB layout principles. - Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and EMI filter design.Personal Attributes- Strong team player with excellent communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced technical environment. - Analytical mindset with a focus on high-performance solutions.
