The Team Lead role will also manage team performance, escalations, and process compliance.Key Responsibilities• End to end Procure to Pay (PTP) and Accounts Payable operations• Requisition creation, approval follow ups, and monitoring• Vendor setup, updates, and master data management• Purchase Order creation, validation, and tracking• Supplier invoice processing and invoice data analysis• Monitoring expiring contracts and engagements• Services and goods receipt monitoring and receipt creation• Review and resolution of unprocessable or blocked invoices• Change order and add funds request processing• Payment processing and vendor coordination• Handling and monitoring procurement support tickets• Period close activities and reconciliation• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SLAsAdditional Responsibilities for Team Lead• Team handling, task allocation, and daily monitoring• Managing stakeholder and vendor escalations• Coaching and guiding team members• Supporting audits and process improvementsRequired Skills & Experience• Strong experience in Procurement and PTP cycle• Hands on exposure to Accounts Payable processes• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle preferred• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills• Ability to work under tight timelines• Team handling experience mandatory for TL roleInterested candidates who can join immediately, please share your resume or connect directly.Contact No: +91-8655512320Email Id: shoba@
