Project Coordination & Timeline Management- Establish and track project timelines for various initiatives, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and achieved. - Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication among key stakeholders and departments, including: - HR (Human Resources) - Finance - QA/RA (Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs) - R&D / Manufacturing (Research & Development / Manufacturing) - Clinical (Clinical Operations)2. Planning & Resource Management- Support the planning process by assisting in the assessment and allocation of required resources. - Monitor and track the availability and utilization of key project resources, including: - Financial resources and budgets - Raw material needs and supply chain requirements - Manpower (personnel) assignments and capacity3.
