Will take care of handling of ordering , after getting the specifications released , getting the offers,- Co-coordinating with other departments like – engineering, projects , EQC - Necessary actions for evaluation of any type of order, Vendors - Generating orders in SAP and Use of Portal for that process - Getting order acceptance, Proforma Invoice , sharing the same to related person and expediting whenever required ( as per new role may be ) - Proper Storage of data after ordering will be useful for costing where required and audit requirements - Support during estimation stage
