Greetings from TCS!!Skill: Network SecurityRequired Skill Set: Checkpoint/Palo Alto/Forescount/CloudflareExperience: 6+ yearsInterview Location: MumbaiDate Of Interview:17th January 2026Mode of Interview: In person (F2F)Job Description:- Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management Service. - Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of firewall setups and management. - Your role involves resolving operational incidents, managing firewall security policies and rule sets, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements. - Expert level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution. - Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis - Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration policy - Create various reports for remediation, change tracking and on demand basis. - Initial firewall/IPS testing of parameters, operation, support and commissioning. - Knowledge of Analysis of IPSec VPNs implementation and Manage and Monitor all VPN connectivity. - Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems - Support client with Firewall Management related questions including those related to remediation procedures. - Co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for Network Hardware replacement Core level debugging. - Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems. - Adhere to change control/management process. - Network Security KPI’s & Reporting Metrics on Weekly/Monthly bases
