Key Skills and prior experience:- 3-6 years of experience as a Field Marketing Manager. - Experience in managing events in US, Europe is a must, needs to have a good grasp on content writing. - Exposure to managing corporate events onground in international markets will be an added advantage.Scope of work / KRAs- Complete event scouting and participation management - Identifying the events relevant for brand participation, managing the calendar. - Managing the entire event once signed up from coordination on deliverables to execution, attendee list management and campaign planning with other members of the Marketing team, booth planning, printing materials etc. - Collateral/messaging creation and production of assets, library of case studies, demos relevant for the event – complete kit to support Sales team’s pitch and Leadership team’s presentation at all events. - Internal stakeholder management and handshake with marketing on ROI. - Deep connect with Sales to align with business goals.
