Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!We are hiring for Major Incident Management!!Experience: 6-10 yearsLocation: KolkataRequired Technical Skillset:- Strong leadership and decision-making ability under pressure.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.- Solid understanding of ITIL v4 processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.- Ability to manage multiple concurrent major incidents in a global 24x7 environment.- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Management.- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.Date of Interview: 16-Jan-2026(Friday)Mode of Interview: VirtualTCS Eligibility Criteria:- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification. - Only Full-Time courses would be considered. - Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 month need not apply
