As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family.What Your Role EntailsResponsible for ensuring reliable operation and maintenance of plant equipment through routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance. Manages spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources while minimizing downtime and extending equipment life. Supports utility operations, installation and commissioning of new equipment, and controls maintenance budgets and expenses. Ensures statutory, ISO, and safety compliance, including ISO 45001 practices. Leads and develops the maintenance team through performance review and training.What You’ll Do:Routine Maintenance:-- To ensure that production lines, plant equipments are maintained in good working condition- Planning of Maintenance Job – Daily / Monthly / yearly- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs- Analyzing Break-down, Machine uptime, Energy conservation, etc.Spare Parts Management:-- Arrange fixtures, fittings or components for maintenance activity- control maintenance tools, stores and equipmentPreventive Maintenance:-- Ensuring preventive maintenance activities by regular inspections, servicing of tools andmachineries, timely oiling & lubricating.- Eliminate downtime due to maintenance related failures- Extend the operating life of the equipmentsUtility maintenance:-- To work with & support a team of engineers for carrying out various types of operations &maintenance.- Utility Operations & Maintenance budget preparation, monitoring & control, expense record &downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.- Installation and commissioning of new equipmentsStatutory compliance:-- Ensure compliances as per MPCB, MSEB, etc.- Ensure compliance with Company’s ISO procedures.Safety:-- Ensuring Attending to the safety requirements of the plant- Responsible to follow practice & processes as per ISO 45001 for their respective departmentTraining & Development:-- Reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying their training needsYour success is grounded in- Educational Background: B,E/Diploma from recognised university Preferred: Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS). - Experience: A proven track record of 2-5 years in Environmental Health & Safety Department. - Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart. - Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as you’ll be addressing diverse challenges. - Industry Insight: Experience with manufacturing industry will be a valuable bonus. - Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.Where you’ll beThis role is based in Wada, Palghar, Maharastra, India and will involve handling the entire West ZoneAt Blue Star, you are not just another employee; you're part of a vibrant community that values innovation, dedication, and teamwork.
