Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for a Carrier Relations Manager-Global Sales to manage and expand our carrier network in India. The role involves building strong partnerships, negotiating contracts, onboarding carriers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and onboard new carrier partners. - Manage ongoing carrier relationships and ensure high satisfaction. - Lead contract negotiations and manage bilateral agreements. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. - Represent Onextel at telecom/messaging events. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. - Maintain records in CRM and report on partner performance.Qualifications & Skills:- 4+ years in telecom, A2P messaging, or carrier relations. - Proven experience in business development or key account management. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Understanding of Indian telecom ecosystem. - Ability to work independently and travel within India as required.Preferred:- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus. - Experience with CRM tools and data-driven processes. - Experience with international or global clients in a fast-paced environment.
