Job Description:- Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). - They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles. - leading product development & delivery experience along with software engineering practices, working in an Agile Environment. - This person will have interactions with leadership and needs to have good communication (both written and oral) and should feel empowered to lead up actions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise - Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc. - Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers - Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements - Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews - Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs - Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmapSkills Required:- Full Stack Java Developer, Spring Boot, Angular, GCPSkills Preferred:- Cloud InfrastructureExperience Required:- Senior Specialist Exp: 10+ years in IT; Complex Global ProgramsExperience Preferred:- Highly effective in working with other technical experts, Product Managers/Owner, UI/UX Designers and business stakeholders - Delivered products that include full stack fdevelopment; Java, Springboot, CSS, Angular, Python etc. - Hands on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools and pipelines e.g. Tekton, Terraform Jenkins, Cloud Build, etc. - Experience with Rally/JIRA, backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar Agile Tools - Hands on experience in the development of microservices - Understanding of fundamental data modeling - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good knowledge with machine learning, mathematical modeling, LLM and data analysisEducation Required:- Bachelor's DegreeEducation Preferred:- Certification ProgramAdditional Information :- Works closely with Product manager/Owners to understand the business needs and contribute to product strategy - Should clearly communicate product vision / strategy to team members and stakeholders - Technically mentor the team to deliver expected business values - Attend the required workshops to understand the product roadmap - Responsible for developing product features, prioritizing the backlog, and managing risks while ensuring the iterations and releases are meeting the business objectives - Verifies that the delivered software product meets desired business outcomes - Process driven to adapt agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques
