Role : Chief Financial Officer(Chartered Accountant) Qualification : CA Location : Ahmedabad Experience : 15 to 20 years Job Description : The Chief Financial Officer will lead the complete Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, Commercial, Governance, and Strategic Planning functions for a multi-plant, growth-oriented organization. The role demands strong financial leadership, deep expertise in corporate finance, restructuring, compliance, and digital finance transformation. The CFO will partner closely with the MD/CMD and the leadership team to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency and financial robustness across all business units. Key Responsibilities:  Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term business modelling to support strategic decision-making.  He must have experience working in listed companies with strong exposure to board meetings, driving board agenda, corporate governance and interactions with investors.  Oversee corporate finance including fundraising, financial restructuring, investor relations and due diligence.  Drive treasury operations including working capital optimization, cash-flow management, banking relationships, hedging and forex management.  Manage debt restructuring, refinancing, and financial instrument swaps to ensure optimized cost of funds.  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal financial controls (IFC), taxation regulations and governance frameworks.  Lead consolidation of financial statements across plants and multiple global subsidiaries.  Strengthen MIS, costing, audit systems, and digital dashboards for real-time business insights.  Drive SAP/ERP finance module implementation, automation and process transformation.  Oversee legal, contracts, arbitration matters, and coordination with external legal and audit partners.  Provide financial leadership for new projects, capex evaluations, plant expansions and business transformation initiatives.  Build, mentor, and lead large, cross-functional finance teams with strong focus on capability-building and accountability
