We enable smooth short-term financial transactions among financiers, buyers, and sellers.To learn more about us, visit: Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Operations to lead customer onboarding and transaction-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. This role involves managing a team, overseeing NACH registration and settlements, and driving business transformation through digitization initiatives.Location: Thane (Head Office)Key Responsibilities- Manage customer onboarding for corporate buyers, financiers, and MSME vendors - Oversee NACH registration and settlement processes - Ensure timely resolution of service requests and audit points - Drive automation and digitization projects to enhance operational efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvementsIdeal Candidate Profile- Experience in operations within NBFCs, Fintech, Banks, or Payment Platforms - Minimum 4–5 years of team management experience - Knowledge of KYC, lending, and payment industry preferred - Exposure to product/process launches and digitization initiativesSkills Required- Strong communication and leadership skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT) - Ability to work independently and drive solutions - Knowledge of fintech enablers and automation tools
