Build predictable, multi-channel growth loops across paid, organic, and ABM motions.This is a hands-on role for someone who has built early-stage US GTM motion. You will execute, measure, optimize, and scale.What You’ll Own -1. Pipeline- Build and deliver a predictable monthly & quarterly qualified pipeline target. - Own full-funnel conversion metrics - MQL → SQL → Demo → Opportunity → Won.-2. Channel Strategy - Plan, execute & optimize multi-channel demand programs across:- ABM campaigns (Apollo, LinkedIn, HubSpot workflows) - Events & Webinars - Paid Ads (LinkedIn, Google Search/Display) - Email Marketing - Podcasts - Community marketing or Partnerships-3. Performance & Reporting- Track campaign ROI, CPL, CAC, CTR, pipeline per channel, demo-to-win rates. - Build attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch) for pipeline clarity. - Own weekly growth reviews: channels, experiments, impact, learning loops.-What You’ll Do -- Design and run ABM programs for US MM & SMB ICPs (Legal Ops, RevOps, GC, CLO teams). - Build experiments across landing pages, ad creatives, email sequences, retargeting cohorts. - Drive product launch GTM motions (positioning, messaging, landing pages, distribution). - Partner with Sales to improve intent routing, demo readiness, and SQL quality. - Work closely with Content to produce thought leadership, case studies, and webinar hooks. - Manage budgets across paid programs and optimize for ROI, not spend. - Own MarTech stack (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEMRush/Ahrefs, Mutiny/Unbounce, etc.).-You’re a Great Fit If You Have -- 3–6 years of hands-on Demand Gen / Digital Marketing experience. - US market experience (MM + SMB) - this is non-negotiable. - Proven ability to generate pipeline, not just leads. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to own performance dashboards. - Built or contributed to a 0→1 GTM motion in an early-stage B2B SaaS product. - Experience driving product launches (new features, new modules, new ICPs). - - Experience running at least 3 of the following: - 1.
