Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Delivery Managers. Sales Cycle Ownership:Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure. Internal Collaboration:Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high-quality talent delivery.
