NWM is presentacross 500+ locations in India and overseas, and boasts of a 7000+ active partner network for maximum servicecoverage.About the RoleUnderstand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, time horizon through detailed discussions and portfolio deep-dives.Responsibilities- Catering to the investment needs of clients by providing them research-based advice in Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Equity, Structured Products, and other wealth offerings. - Conduct regular portfolio analysis, reviews and create investment plans to ensure alignment with client objectives. - Advise clients on suitable investment opportunities across asset classes and recommend appropriate product strategies - Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with clients through regular meetings, portfolio discussions, and review sessions. - Ensure high-quality client experience through proactive communication, responsiveness, transparency, and consultative engagement. - Achieve business targets across revenue, acquisition, retention, and wallet share. - Drive cross-sell and upsell across wealth, protection, and investment solutions. - Increase product penetration by identifying gaps in client portfolios and recommending suitable offerings. - Continuously acquire new clients and grow the book through referrals, networking, and other client acquisition strategies. - Work closely with research, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless execution and service. - Adhere to regulatory guidelines, documentation standards, and internal compliance norms. - Ensure client suitability, risk assessment, and fair practice principles in all recommendations. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, advice given, and action taken. - Conduct periodic client visits and virtual connects to understand changing needs and recommend timely solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for clients across investment and service requirements.Qualification:Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field;certifications such as CFP, NISM, CFA (preferred)
