Role OverviewThis is a strategic, high-impact sales role suited for a passionate business developer who knows the ergonomic chair industry. You will be one of the Teregie’s growth anchor in India and or International markets, responsible for launching, positioning, and establishing the brand across premium B2B and B2C customer segments.Key Responsibilities- Drive sales for Teregie ergonomic chairs with a premium customer focus, exceeding ambitious revenue targets. Identify, appoint, and nurture a robust network of premium dealers, channel partners, and distributors in India. - Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients, high-value customers, dealers, and influencers in the ergonomics segment. - Present and promote Teregie products in the most compelling ways face-to-face, virtually, and at industry events highlighting the lifestyle-tech and innovation strengths of the brand. - Research market trends, analyze competitive products, and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead in the evolving workspace and ergonomic category. - Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to create targeted sales campaigns that attract and retain premium clientele. - Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, and performance reports for leadership review. Remain well-versed in compliance, contract negotiation, and channel development to ensure frictionless expansion and world-class customer experienceDesired Candidate Profile:- Willingness to travel across India when required. 3+ years’ experience in B2B/B2C sales of ergonomic chairs/workplace furniture, with a clear track record in Indian market. - Deep network and understanding of premium customers, architects, workspace designers, and large corporates. - Demonstrated experience in premium dealer/channel appointment and management, preferably in the lifestyle, furniture, or tech sectors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills able to build trust and win over the world’s most discerning clients. - Prior experience selling high-end ergonomic or workspace furniture is highly preferred. High energy, entrepreneurial attitude, and a passion for transforming how people work and live.
