Digital Marketing Manager - Job DescriptionIf you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.Responsibilities:*Own the entire marketing function for the assigned unit and lead a team to achieve the set marketing objectives*Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns*Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)*Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies*Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points*Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners*Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateRequirements and skills:Education and Experience*Post graduation in marketing with specialization or certification in digital marketing*Engineering graduate with marketing post graduate degree preferred*6 to 9 years of experience; should have started their career as digital marketing and latest experience should be of team lead.*Experience in ecommerce or retail is mandatory*Experience in fashion or jewellery preferredTechnical Skills*Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns*Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Merchandising skills is a must*Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)*Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)*Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns*Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingSoft Skills*Excellent project management skills, leading, influencing, and driving cross-functional teams.*Knowledge of Ecommerce technology platforms is a plus, specifically Shopify experience*Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives*Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skillsDetails:- managing digital campaigns for the stores. Handling - Online-to-offline, Location-Based digital marketing and Brand awareness campaigns.
