The Brand Manager – Offline Channel will own how Foxtale shows up across offline retail. This role is responsible for driving retail activations, in-store execution, BA enablement, trade programs, category strategy, and overall offline brand performance across formats. You will translate Foxtale’s brand and category strategy into strong, scalable on-ground execution.Key Responsibilities:Offline Brand, Category & Retail Strategy- Own the offline brand plan across store formats - Lead category-wise offline plans (sunscreen, moisturisers, bodycare, etc.) - Translate brand & category strategy into store-ready plans - Lead offline product launches end-to-end and build launch toolkits - Ensure timely, scalable execution across storesIn-Store Activations & Sampling- Own shelf visibility and assets - Drive standout vs competition and consistent execution - Design and roll out simple, high-impact store activations - Own sampling, demo mechanics and trial programsBA Training & Enablement- Create clear BA training modules and selling scripts - Ensure teams can confidently pitch products in storeCross-Functional & Vendor Management- Work with sales, VM, supply chain and agencies - Manage POSM and activation vendors end-to-endAnalytics & Performance Tracking- Track off-take, trials, conversion and ROI of offline spends - Share insights and recommendations with leadershipQualifications:- 2–3 years of experience in offline brand, retail, or shopper marketing, preferably within beauty, skincare, FMCG, or digital-first brands scaling offline - Strong on-ground execution experience with retail activations, in-store visibility, and BA engagement - Operational, detail-oriented, and execution-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors - Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, VM, and agency partners - Ability to analyse offline performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
