The platform delivers personalized content based on roles and locations, ensuring relevant information is always accessible. It involves defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories to support efficient execution of product priorities. The role uniquely combines backlog ownership with quality control by accepting completed user stories based on acceptance criteria. Success is measured by the quality and readiness of user stories, sprint velocity, and effective coordination of dependencies. The work impacts organizational agility and customer satisfaction by enabling timely delivery of product features and cross-team coordination.What You’ll Do:Business and Technical Execution:- Build and prioritize the Agile team backlog to maintain two iterations of ready user stories and related work items, prioritizing based on business value, technical dependencies, and risk to support consistent and predictable delivery. - Partner with Agile teams and stakeholders in the U.S. and India to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test conditions that ensure Magenta Pulse features are scalable, consistent, and aligned with product governance and quality standards. - Evaluate integration requests for feasibility, scalability, reusability, and alignment to platform standards. - Facilitate synchronization meetings with other product owners and mentor peers to enhance product ownership capabilities. - Validate complete user stories to ensure it meets acceptance criteria, quality expectations, and readiness for deployment. - Support product managers in creating and managing product vision and technical roadmaps related to scope. - Align with peer Product Owners during planning increments and sprint planning to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery of Magenta Pulse features. - Ensure the Agile team has clear documentation of system interfaces, data flows, and support processes. - Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.What You’ll Bring:- Bachelor's Degree (required) - 4-7 years Relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience. - Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. - Experience with Adobe Cloud, Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AWS, Gitlab, Generative AI tools. - Splunk, New Relic, Promethes, Grafana, AppDynamics, Docker, Kubernetes. - Experience with Jira and Airtable. - Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. - Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. - Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions.Must Have Skills:- Requirements and Backlog management, data-informed decision making, leadership soft skills, and integrations background.
