Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:- Assist in generating weekly and monthly rider deployment plans by store/cluster. - Track rider attendance, login adherence, and availability to identify coverage gaps. - Coordinate with Vendor Ops and Ground Ops to align planned vs. actual deployments. - Log changes, shortages, and contingencies in structured trackers. - Support demand forecasting inputs (order volume patterns, seasonality, peak periods). - Maintain basic databases used for shifts, ramp-ups, and fleet distribution planning. - Assist in analyzing utilization metrics (orders/rider, idle time, buffer rates). - Track performance KPIs such as: - pickup & delivery time consistency - SLA adherence - rider productivity - store throughput - compliance metrics (attendance, break adherence, etc.) - Assist in root-cause investigations for performance deviations or SLA failures. - Prepare daily/weekly performance summaries for internal stakeholders. - Maintain structured performance dashboards and trackers with accurate, up-to-date data. - Prepare slides/tables for business reviews and operational syncs. - Document planning assumptions, changes, and performance notes clearly. - Work with Vendor Supply for actual rider deployment vs plan. - Coordinate with Ground Ops on attendance gaps, coverage issues, and contingencies.What you'll need:- 1-2 years of experience in a Logistics Planning or a similar quantitative role - Bachelor degree in a quantitative subject - Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets - Good communication and coordination skills - Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations - Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty - Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably - Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management - Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work scheduleWho will excel?- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. - You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. - We need people with the courage to be fiercely original. - noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
