About the Role:Newton School of Technology (NST) works closely with fast-growing companies across AI, Robotics, EV, SaaS, and Deep Tech to build internship and placement pipelines for engineering talent.We are looking for a high-calibre BD / KAM professional to own strategic relationships with founders, CTOs, HR leaders, and engineering managers, and convert them into long-term hiring partnerships.This is a consultative B2B role with end-to-end ownership.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage high-growth tech companies (Unicorns, Soonicorns, deep-tech startups, enterprises) for internship and placement partnerships. - Lead the full partnership cycle: stakeholder mapping, outreach, pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and account management. - Understand company hiring needs, tech roles, and team structures to position NST talent effectively. - Manage multi-stakeholder relationships across HR, TA, and engineering teams; drive repeat hiring and account expansion. - Oversee hiring cycles, interview coordination, and recruiter experience. - Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and weekly forecasts. - Share market insights on tech hiring trends to shape NST’s internal training and curriculum alignment.Requirements :- 2-5 years experience in B2B BD, Account Management, Recruitment Client Handling, SaaS sales, or HR-tech partnerships. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with confidence in senior stakeholder conversations. - Proven ability to manage complex accounts and long-cycle partnerships. - Understanding of tech roles or willingness to learn quickly. - Structured, process-driven, and strong with follow-through. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. - Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and forecasting.Who Will Thrive:- Enjoys engaging with founders, CTOs, HR leaders, and engineering managers. - Thinks consultatively and focuses on solving partner needs. - High energy, proactive, and able to work with minimal guidance. - Takes ownership of outcomes and maintains disciplined processes. - Interested in growing into senior partnerships or business leadership roles.
