Senior Consultant – Application Security LeadJob description:This position will be responsible for- conducting hands-on security tests on web, mobile, premise based, mainframe based, Citrix based applications & platforms to identify security vulnerabilities - responsible for assessing risk of the found vulnerabilities as per ADP standards and documenting them with proper proof of concepts, as necessary - assist development teams in understanding the vulnerabilities and provide required information and suggestions for fixing vulnerabilities - lead a team and handle Org wide Initiatives - Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:- ADP is seeking an Application Security Lead with Hands On experience of 8-12 years in application security. - Experience in leading a team of pen testers. - A bachelor’s degree of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science / Information Technology or related branch - Expertise in penetration testing Web and Mobile (both iOS and Android) applications and devices. - Assessing risk of vulnerabilities found is a must - Experience in writing proof of concepts, exploits and performing in-depth exploitation is desired - Programming skills in one of the scripting languages like Python/Perl/Ruby is desired - Hands on development knowledge in any of the cloud platforms & development platforms like Angular/React, Java or .Net will be an added advantage - Experience in evaluating LLM Models and GenAI testing will be an added advantageIn addition, the below qualities are expected.- Self-motivated with positive attitude - Ability to work independently - A problem solver, who is willing to explore to find solutions - Willingness and capability to self-learn - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to be a good team player as part of remote teams
