Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Specialist - Duck CreekSkills: Duck Creek Policy / Billing / Claims, Property & Casualty, General Insurance & US InsuranceExperience: 5 - 14 yearsLocation: Greater Noida, Pune & HyderabadWe at Coforge are hiring Senior Duck Creek Business Analyst with the following skillset:- Experience working as a Business Analyst, specializing in the general insurance (Property & Casualty) industry. - Extensive experience with Duck Creek Billing / Policy / Claims (Any One). - Proficient in producing technical requirements such as BRDs or User Stories, requirements catalogues, and process flows. - Skilled in interacting with end business users to gather requirements. - Capable of conducting gap analysis and impact assessments. - Strong communication skills for establishing rapport with business and technical SME personnel at all levels. - Excellent documentation skills for creating clear business-level definitions using diagrams and written formats. - Proficient in process mapping, developing data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and other UML techniques. - Collaborative team player, supporting other team members in developing Business Analysis skills. - Familiarity with the regulatory landscape within the insurance industry. - Experience in Agile methodologies within cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective presence and communication with stakeholders across different levels within client organizations.Education: BE / B.Tech, BCA, B.SC, MCA, M.BA / Any Graduate Degree.All interested candidates, please share your profiles with amit.35.kumar@
