Hiring: Composites Methods Engineer & Lead Composites Methods EngineerWe are hiring Composites Methods Engineers and Lead Composites Methods Engineers for a client working on advanced composite design and manufacturing programs.If you have strong hands-on experience in composite materials, manufacturing methods, and process development, we would love to connect.Open Roles1️⃣ Composites Methods Engineer- Experience: 3–8 years2️⃣ Lead Composites Methods Engineer- Experience: 8–12 yearsLocation: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai (or as per client requirement)Role Overview- Work on design-to-manufacturing methods for composite components - Define and support manufacturing processes, tooling, lay-up, curing, bonding, and assembly - Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams - Drive process improvements and issue resolution in composite manufacturing-Lead role will also involve technical ownership, mentoring, and team guidanceRequired Experience✔ Strong experience in design, development, and manufacturing of composite materials✔ Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:Polymer Matrix Composites, Fiberglass, CFRP, GFRP, MMC, CMC, Epoxy, Polyester, Resin systems, E-glass, S-glass, Carbon Fiber, Graphite, Kevlar, Aramid, Twaron, UHMWPE, Natural fibers (Bamboo / Hemp / Flax), Steel, Aluminum, Metallic composites✔ Experience in industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, Wind Energy, or Advanced Manufacturing is a plusEducationBachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Aerospace / Materials / Composite Engineering or related discipline
